Cassis : sun and sea, the post card
After a long morning in Aix en Provence, we’ll head to Cassis. a small harbor village (and old fisherman village) by the sea in which you may have your lunch break by the sea.
Cassis is a must do in Provence. A unique picturesque town which is known for its wonderful National park called « calanques » (a cove surrounded by rocks, in the Mediterranean sea).
We ‘ll have an historical visit but also an outstanding look out over the National Park of the calanques, the highest cliffs of Provence (and south Europe)

Marseille : the raw and unique capital of the Mediterranean sea
Ending our day with a few stops in the oldest city in France : Founded 600 BC , Marseille has so many things to discover, its variation of population, architecture, food and stories.
Marseille has the charm of Mediterranean capitals, raw and intense but admirable we can explore it from the symbol and highest point of the city, the famous Basilica of Notre Dame de la garde, or “the good mother” as the locals call it. From there we can learn about the different neighborhoods and have a short visit of a few of them before heading back to the boat on time !
