During this immersive food tour, you’ll meet passionate artisans and taste regional specialties crafted with seasonal products. We will start the day in the pretty town of Aix en Provence and its bustling local market, learn French history and fun stories, while strolling the streets and picking up some nice fresh food for lunch. Olives, Tomatoes, Cheeses, jams, each dish will be detailed to us by a local producer passionate about its creation.
In addition to Provençal specialties, Aix en Provence is full of local products such as calissons d’Aix, this little cake ordered by Le Roy René from his pastry chef to satisfy his bride.
